With the increase in the price of fuel this week, economists predict further rises over the coming months. This coupled with other financial challenges has highlighted the importance of learning how to become financially well.
It is a fact that people are often spending money without thinking and then running into trouble. With much experience in the Financial Wellness sphere, PROCARE has designed two programmes called Financial Life skills and Money Management. Two of the main reasons why people are spending money without thinking is (1) wanting instant gratification (“I want it now!”) and (2) the fact that many people do not have financial life skills (they do not know how to work with money). A way to overcome this is to attend one of our life skills programmes in order to learn this important skill.
The Financial life skills programme is a workshop that aims to provide employees with a basic understanding of financial matters. This is a basic programme, suitable for all levels.

The Money Management life skills programme is a workshop that aims to provide employees with money management skills. It covers a more advanced audience.
